What is it?
Jumping Jacked is an athletic development program that will increase your jumping ability, size, and strength.
The principals used in this program are the same methods I’ve used for countless pro, collegiate, and high school athletes. As well as ordinary people and former athletes (like me).

Jumping Jacked is for anyone who wants to build muscle, get brutally strong, improve their jumping ability, and develop all around athleticism
What’s in it?
The program includes:
• Power training through the use of plyometrics, sprints, and explosive weight training.
• Strength training structured to improve one rep max on squat and bench press.
•Hypertrophy circuits that deliver sick pumps and build muscle.
